The Last Laugh is owned by Mister Cartoon and Estevan Oriol, Both of who are two of the most iconic figure's in the LA street's. The SA crew is always doing new things from Mister Cartoons tattoo's to sick as pix from Estevan, and fresh music coming out of SA studio's from Omar Cruz.
