It's Wednesday and Adam Richman is at it again in San Jose Ca. Heading to SmokeEater's, formerly known as University chicken to take on the 9-1-1 challenge. Coming from personal experience these wings are ridiculously HOT. Let's see if Adam can cool down the challenge and come out successful. Also Adam check's out a 5 pound burrito and some Cali rib's.
